The Clark Building

The Clark Building consists of a structural design of a four-story, 24 unit apartment building with ground floor retail space and underground parking.  A shoring system was designed so the contractor could work within the footprint of the tight urban space.  The residence have access to a rooftop terrace with views of the Greenlake neighborhood.
