Regency – China Creek Retirement Community

Regency’s China Creek Retirement Community is four stories of residential and common areas over parking and recreational facilities.  This 80,000 square foot community is wood frame over a post-tension concrete transfer slab.

Structural steel is used to span over large open common areas.  A therapy/recreation pool was included as an amenity. The facility is structured over below grade parking. Pete Pawlak was the project manager for this project while at another firm (Seattle Structural).
