Lake Washington View Home

This Lake Washington view home was designed by Mosaic Architects.  Its a 6,000 square foot single family lakefront residence is comprised of wood framing, a steel deck, and includes a concrete floor on the main level.

The biggest challenges were to support the heavy main floor, accommodate a 20 foot high floor to ceiling window wall and a 10 foot long cantilevered deck.

We used shallow steel beams and steel decking with a composite concrete slab, high-strength glue laminated columns, and large glue-laminated roof beams.
